MINI OAK, ASH & THORN TAROT DECK
 
DECK SIZE: Oak, Ash & Thorn (Volume 3) consists of 78 tarot cards (22 Majors and 56 Minors), a Possibilities card, and double-sided companion reference sheets with keywords. Two blank cards protect the deck.
 
CARD SIZE: The cards measure 58mm x 99mm (approximately 2.28 x 3.90 inches), with white borders and rounded corners.
 
CARD BACKS: While the card backs aren't reversible, this doesn't mean that you can't read using reversals. We encourage you to use this deck in whatever way suits you best.
 
CARD STOCK: The cards are printed on eco-friendly 350gsm FSC-accredited, carbon-balanced paper, using vegetable-based inks, and are protected with a matte, anti-scuff laminate.
 
BOX: The cards are housed in a light brown 350gsm tuck-flap box with an easy-to-open lid and a glued base, finished with a letterpress woodland design printed in black, vegetable-based ink.
 
Each copy of Oak, Ash & Thorn (Volume 3) includes a uniquely numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
 
Since we want to keep Oak, Ash & Thorn as eco-friendly as possible, no physical guidebook accompanies this tarot deck, and there are no plans for one. Instead, we include double-sided companion reference sheets featuring thoughtfully chosen keywords that depict the nature of each card, allowing the deck to be read intuitively.
 
An accompanying black-and-white PDF guidebook will be emailed automatically upon purchase.
 
THE MAJOR ARCANA
 
These cards showcase animals whose personality traits parallel the 22 universal archetypes represented in the Major Arcana of a classic Rider-Waite-Smith deck.
 
THE MINOR ARCANA
 
The Minor Arcana is broken down by an animal representative of each element:
 
Cups (Squirrels) represent feelings, emotions, and relationships. They resemble a heart-centred spirit.
 
Pentacles (Hares) represent the material world. They resemble a grounded and bountiful spirit.
 
Swords (Ravens) represent intellect, thoughts, and state of mind. They resemble a logical and intelligent spirit.
 
Wands (Foxes) represent creativity, inspiration, and passion. They resemble a bold and adventurous spirit.
 
OAK, ASH & THORN DIVINATION COIN
 
You’ll also receive one double-sided divination coin in an Oak, Ash & Thorn theme.
 
One side features a sleeping hare, while the reverse showcases an alert mouse accompanied by its bumblebee friend.
 
This coin is cast in brass with an antique brass-effect finish and measures 38mm in diameter (approximately 1.5 inches). It come presented in a sturdy box and includes an informational guide card with suggested instructions. 
 
This divination coin makes a thoughtful addition to your practice. It can be used to clarify a reading, help with decision making, or simply carried with you as a small, pocket-sized companion.
 
HOW TO USE
 
Hold the coin in your hand, close your eyes, and focus on your question. When you feel ready, toss the coin into the air.
 
Resting hare facing up may suggest NO, WAIT, or AVOID, or point to something improbable or unlikely.
 
Alert mouse facing up may suggest YES, PROCEED, or ENGAGE, or point to something possible or imaginable.
