We believe how we work matters just as much as what we create. This policy outlines our commitment to running our business with fairness and transparency.

 

SCOPE

This policy reflects the way we work each day. It also outlines the standards we expect from those we choose to work with (including suppliers, service providers, and creative partners).

GUIDING PRINCIPLES

We ground our approach in two key values:

  • Responsibility: To comply with all relevant ethical, environmental, and consumer standards.

  • Proactivity: To look for ways to contribute positively to others. 

ETHICAL COMMITMENT

 

  • Everyone we work with is paid fairly and promptly. 

  • We do not engage with businesses that rely on forced labour, child labour, or other unethical practices.

  • We value diversity, equity, and inclusion in every part of our work (from the stories in our decks to the people we partner with).

TRANSPARENCY AND INTEGRITY

We aim to operate with honesty, clarity, and care. That includes:

  • Respecting customer privacy and data.

  • Being open about our production processes and partnerships.

  • Taking responsibility for our decisions and learning from any missteps.

 

​GIVING BACK

While we’re a small business, we believe in giving where we can:

  • We support conservation and reforestation through our eco-conscious print partners.

  • We offset our carbon emissions through Ecologi, funding climate projects and planting trees to help combat the climate crisis.

  • We donate to causes we care about (including the League Against Cruel Sports, which works to protect animals from hunting, fighting, and cruelty).

As we grow, we’re committed to increasing our charitable and community impact.

This policy isn’t set in stone. We continue to listen, reflect, and adapt, looking for better ways to reduce harm, stay accountable, and grow responsibly.
